She cries tonight
She feels so wrong,
And sleep won’t come.
He lies in a pool of blood
And the floor is flooded with misled youth.
She can’t calm down,
Can’t see straight,
Afraid to see what the police will think.

Knock on the door,
He’s still on the floor.
The crowd comes near,
Close for all to hear.
His final breathe, a clue.
The killer is still walking in my shoes.

The questions and handcuffs come out like a storm.
Downtown the cell is damp and cold.
The heart of a world of misunderstanding and hypocrisy,
The lowlifes of a revolution crowd into hear.
The verdict is now in.

“No death row pardon.
No reason to live.
Killed the man she did,
We heard the man convey.”

“I’m innocent i say.
I’ve said this,
Day after day?”

The switch is pulled,
The current released,
The skin starts to boil.
A look of pleasure,
From the girl's disfigured face.
This, the coroner is scared to see.
The look on her face now,
Even though she can’t see,
Can’t feel any more pain.

He died years ago,
But the corpse still moved on.
Took more down with him,
It all just takes time.
But he has all the time he wants,
An eternity for pleasure.
One by one they’ll fall
Victim to man’s flaw.
Open minds allow many great ideas to flow through,
But the Demon cannot be blocked out.
The most fatal drug of all, He is.
