Will You Marry Me?
16 February, 2006
Author: Shira
I sit here thinking I love you late in the night
Under a sea of stars I decide I want to be with you
For the rest of my life
I gather all my strength and I stand dreaming before a mirror
Suddenly i'm washed over with fear
What if they should say no, the love of my life
What if they don't love me the way i'd like
A tear runs down my cheek but never do I cry
For I want to be with you until the end of time
You pull up in your car and walk up to the door
I never felt more nervous ever before
The keys unlock the door and the words escape me
Then they come from your voice, "Will you marry me"
