Dance me under the moon
with stars shining so bright.
Kiss me tenderly on my lips
hold me till morning light.

Lay me down on the sands of time
whisper I love you to me,
as our souls become one
for this love was meant to be.

Take my heart up to the moon
carry me around the stars.
Make this night last forever
right here in your arms.

Your touch is like heaven
on angel wings you came.
Dance me under the moon
lets run in the pouring rain.

Let your heart love me
for mine is in love with you.
Kiss me again darling
for I will always remain true.

When the ocean beats up to shore
and the last star fallen from the sky.
When the sun starts to shine
this night will all be a lie.

Because my eyes will open
for you were only a dream.
Now I lay here awake, and cry
sometimes love is not what it seems.

This is just something that popped in my head, so I thought I would share it.... but I must say this, love hurts, love heals, and there are times love is truly not what it seems to be when it's only one heart in love.
