Reaching My Destination
22 February, 2006
Author: Tammy
Trudging through this land
just a few more miles to go.
Climbing up rocky mountains
were tattered winds do blow.
I must reach my destination
to rest my weary bones.
Searching for my resting place
marked with only a stone.
My life has been an adventure
there's nothing I shall forget.
I will take my memories with me
as I journey on my trip.
I will go be with my Savior
the glorious one from above.
He traveled with me all the way
leading me with his love.
