Kathy, My Friend
13 March, 2006
Author: Jamie
When I wasn’t looking
You came into my life
Schemes I was always cooking
I was overtaken by my strife
We have laughed
We have patched each others hearts
We have cried
We talk about our different lives
You are older and wiser than me
But daily we learn from each other
When life starts pushing
We are each others rock
We are friends
We are mothers
We are lovers
Just not to each other
You brighten my days
You bring sunshine into my life
Please don’t leave me crazy
You are my friend, Kathy
------- Author's Notes -------
