Words spoken in anger
Words written in haste
Words we can't take back
Words we can't erase
In the aftermath of the explosion
Searching for some form of resolution
Where none can be found
Seems I've lost all solid ground
Pushing you away
From pain left over from another day
There is not much left to say
As I try to get through one more day
Wishing with all my heart that you had stayed
