When life feels it’s too hard to deal,
You must believe in what is real,
When time does not stand by your side,
When deep feelings will no longer hide,
To kill yourself for what you think is right,
To stand alone on a dark lonely night,
To feel the pain of something not there,
Like a deep dark secret that won’t disappear,
The force of everything you’ve known holy,
A dream lived but not lived out fully,
A life screaming for something more than this,
If I let it all go what might I miss?
These feelings are hurt too hard to heal,
What more could I possibly feel?
To go through so much so fast now?
A girl my age I just don’t know how,
To live a life like this so long,
I feel I’ve grown so far from strong,
A rock, a stone, no one, nothing can break me,
I’ll stand ALONE proud, and I’ll be free...
