Redemption, Light Years Away
22 March, 2006
Author: Miztrebor
Love is the glue that binds us,
Holding all pieces together.
Once that is found:
All is known,
All is discovered,
All can be attained,
Not a thing is needed,
Not a word must be said,
All is known to be,
Communication from within.
Love is lost,
Life left,
Freedom!
No substance binding,
Pieces left to scatter,
Just to find again.
But the timing must be right,
For false senses arise,
Frailty, your demise.
Lost in a maze,
A mazed by confusion,
Confused by perception,
Perceiving a world through eyes.
The windows are gone,
Once here to travel,
To a mind of security.
Now left to see the real,
Find life and feel,
The sun, no shadows,
Blocked light by being.
Giant encompassing,
Surrounding with invisible walls.
Break down,
Inside out,
Outside hide.
Raise the tide,
Wash it all away,
Left for understanding,
No reason to leave.
Process your greed,
Yearn for control.
Stay away,
Fly away,
Find where the eagles soar,
Find doves that fly,
Hold back need to cry.
Life goes on,
Pain not long,
Move along,
Say goodbye to yesterday.
Tomorrow just…
Light years away?
