Leap Of Faith
5 April, 2006
Author: Miztrebor
It’s silent now.
My voice not heard,
As I shout,
Shouting out to a goddess.
But with not a word,
No sound,
A smile upon her face.
The stars are brighter,
Here above the earth.
Floating aimlessly to her,
With no directions or course.
Always swimming farther,
But to her I travel.
No distance gained,
And no answer,
No voice.
With feelings I search.
A way to tell her,
She’s the one.
Is she real?
Always out of reach.
An image in mind,
But not in body.
Not in front of me,
But in the back, behind,
My labyrinth of thought.
Got lost in the search,
Caught up in the craze.
Rambling on for her,
The grey-eyed.
Goddess of my dreams,
...Of my Life,
The one I Love,
And denied for far too long.
