Open Thoughts
7 April, 2006
Author: Clive B Ringshall
With eyes wide open I hear your touch,
With a sense that only us two can ever feel,
Each day I see you in another beauty delight,
Dreaming of the day when you’ll kiss me because,
Hoping you’ll forget all inhabitations,
Hoping you’ll feel just because you want,
Our needs cry for more each time we’re near,
Our road has met much more than once,
My love and yours meet every night,
My wants and yours are needs we both want,
Each time I see you, you know it’s your hugs I want,
Each time we part I’d like your lips to kiss,
Yesterday, today and tomorrow will be,
For all this time you’ve been my only love,
Am I so obvious that you can not see?
Am I so oblivious that it’s not me you see?
