The End

Author: The Lost Girl
This is my last chapter, I'm sorry my friend.
I've finished my story, now here is the end.
Always you were with me, you stuck by my side
Never hurt me, never used me, nor told any lie.
You knew everything about me, about all there was to know,
but you never realized my secret, of how I wanted to let life go.
I just didn't feel comfortable here, I never felt safe
I tried to keep going, but at some point lost faith.
But I wanted you to know, that you were the string
that held my life together, such a precious thing.
Because of you, I never went without care
No matter what happened, I always knew you were there.
I ask that even though I'm gone, that you live life at the fullest,
Don't question why I'm not here anymore, trust me-that is useless.
Be happy, be prosperous, be all that you can be.
Don't cry too long about my death because I'm now set free.
