Dream World
14 June, 2006
Author: Lory
Close your eyes, breathe deep
Let your thoughts guide you
To a place well beyond reach
Beyond sleep, where dreams awaken
Your fears, passions, revelations
Of all God's creations
A rainbow, a shooting star
A waterfall as cool and crisp
As the morning air
The wings of a butterfly
A newborn babies cry
A flower in bloom, a white dove
Faith, hope and love
Mother nature at her best
An earthquake, hurricane that is laid to rest
The unknown between time and space
Who's watching us, can we embrace
Or is it just our imagination
We are not alone, only God knows
Our deepest desires, the spark
That ignites the fire within ourselves
The flame that burns bright when darkness falls
Turn off the lights, close your eyes
And dream.
