The Hawk
24 June, 2006
Author: Daniel Luther Myers
Blow Hawk blow, blow the desert sands.
Blow Hawk blow, in far away lands.
Bring forth thy mighty breath and blow.
Bring forth thy strength, the world to show.
Blow Hawk blow, blow on through the night.
Blow Hawk blow, blow on with all thy might.
Bowing before you, the people cry.
Bowing before you, watch them die.
Blow Hawk blow, blow on through the day.
Blow Hawk blow, cause the earths decay.
Bending all to your will.
Bending Hawk shall you kill.
Blow Hawk blow, blow on through the years.
Blow Hawk blow, blow away their tears.
Buried in graves of earth and clay.
Buried from you, kept safe away.
Blow Hawk blow, blow on and on and on.
Blow Hawk blow, blow on 'till they're gone.
