Taking Turns
25 July, 2006
Author: Barbara Goodhew
Life has ups downs.
I've had my ups.
Where life was a breeze.
Now its my turn for me,
to struggle with life.
When my life was predictable,
It was boring, but I had no strife.
I assumed my life path was set.
Well fate had another path for me to take.
Working hard physically to make a life then.
Working hard mentally to have a life now.
With Life we have to take our turn at
the ups and downs.
