What Truly Makes You Great
21 August, 2006
Author: Marion Carroll
It's not what you possess;
it's nothing that you own,
or the status you've acquired
when you are fully grown.
It's not about celebrity,
and fortune plays no part.
What makes you truly great
is all about your heart.
Recognize your own worth,
and you'll see it then, in others.
Humanity only happens when
we all reach out as brothers.
What people will remember
is the way you made them feel.
Bring your joy to others,
because only Love is real.
