School Days by Catyrose

Tension surrounds my being
Like a spring wound far too tight
Pebbles have given way to boulders
Weighing one down under a bone crushing weight
Feelings over power logic
Consumed by an indescribable restlessness
Penetrating body and mind
Thoughts unfocused
Head spinning
Vision obscured
Direction lost
Struggling to comprehend the printed page
Frustration escalating
Tears fall
Anger sets in
As I wave good-bye to sanity and the school bell rings once again

You're in school? That's good. I know that feeling girl. While that aspiration for success motivates you to learn more, the class you're headed to makes you not wanna quicken your step. Oh the stress, the stress.

memories
This sure brings back memories of how it felt the first few weeks back to school after a nice vacation. Then again it feels that way after a weekend away from work now.. Good write..
