Heavens Dream
22 September, 2006
Author: Rick Ryckman
For in the colors of autumn that come dwindling down.
Like a long forgotten dream.
Of cotton candy and carousels.
Whirling from the sandcastles of time.
I must find you waiting.
If my heart could breathe ---- it would not be mine alone.
Her vision whispers across the velvet of my mind.
Oh my love touches my hand ---- and leads me through the dance.
For you have captured the rhythm of my heart.
Scarlet ribbons are exploding creating wondrous colors.
Embracing timeless memories treasured for everlasting dreams.
