Escape The Terror
3 November, 2006
Author: Pondering Red
A rumble from deep inside of me -
an explosion waiting -
When ? Where ?
This disquietude
takes on an eerie form -
disguises as monstrous
Hallowe'en characters of
fear - the grim reaper -
I want to wander
around many long corners.
What stops me ??
There are needles in my stomach.
I gasp for the good breath .
Nightime horrors
of which I remember only
a fragment -
yet that episode haunts my psyche
and rips apart
everything.
yin and yang -
lemon and honey -
We are citric acid and
grapefruit juice -
attacking each others
remnants of goodness -
Brave woman - scared little girl -
autumn leaves - drizzling rain -
I see the wetness .
I feel the cold and damp.
It wraps around me
and tangles my hair and dampens
my spirit.
Lovely autumn -
wonderful moments of the past -
a frightened inner child
gasping for relief -
Let me Go !!!
