In A Cloak Of Dust
5 November, 2006
Author: Rick Ryckman
The night falls in with broken sorrows.
Midnight brings a rainfall of freezing snow.
A dark blanket looms with agonies embrace.
Thunder rolls within the storm's fury.
A burning fire ignites white heat.
Savage conspirators of my blood and marrow!
Stranded in the endless hell with the aching madness of ghosts.
Sing and dance in their rags of light.
