My Paradise
19 November, 2006
Author: Rick Ryckman
When the sun descends and twilight is near.
My slumbering eyes close for the night.
Where the stars are kissing heavens silhouette.
She comes to me covered in velvet and lace.
In the candlelight she disrobes.
Her wings unfold her garden walls.
I am lost in her golden harvest.
Enveloped in her gentle caresses.
The melody plays softly as it sings.
Wrapped in the remembrance of a rainbow.
