Nightmares Never End
23 November, 2006
Author: Rick Ryckman
Pacing all along my watchtower for many hours.
The wind is cold and bitter cutting through my tattered mind.
Wrapped in the test of time.
My obstacles have too many barricades.
Grief brings its devastation.
My heart is lashed from despair.
How much pain can one soul ---- endure?
My nightmare is silently watching this dream.
The reaper has paid his admission.
