No Future
23 November, 2006
Author: Rick Ryckman
Chains from the past come dragging.
The phantoms of twilight are casting their vile shadows.
The demons are raging screaming through my night.
Dead dreams throbbing in the wind have been conquer.
Despair hangs tightly without a thought of tomorrow.
Running recklessly trying to escape across the bridge.
Time is not buried in the sands of the hourglass.
The hangman's rope smothers my bones.
