Rainbows Are Fleeting
10 December, 2006
Author: Rick Ryckman
Let me see the diamonds decorate the velvet canopy.
From the midnight blue the mist will unfurl.
When the drawbridge of my imagination falls.
Oh my love of a thousand years that I have conjured up.
Her voice whispers softly across the night.
Fly to me on fleeting wings.
I will dance tenderly into her embrace.
I can feel the wonders of magic in her rhythm.
Interlaced between the feelings of ecstasy and euphoria.
Floating into the tranquility of heavens threshold.
