I Remember by Tammy

I remember a time
when we were so in love.
Nothing seemed to matter
not even the sky above.

We both were so happy
spending time together.
But now we've fallen apart,
What happened to forever?

Now we can't stand
the thought of being as one.
Love has left us lonely
and this marriage, now is done.

It hurts so bad to know
our love is now gone.
And it hurts when two people
have to feel so alone.

I just wish we could
go back, to another time.
Remember those days
when I was yours and you were mine?

Remember all the things we did
loving wild, and free.
But that was long ago
when you were in love with me.

I remember all those times
I cried upon your chest.
And when we laid together
you slept upon my breast.

I remember all those days
those days I'll never forget.
And the day I said "I do"
I will never regret.

Because my love, I love you
in your life I want to be.
I just wish someday, you'll
give your heart back to me.
