Oh Man, Do I Hate Me
26 January, 2007
Author: Shan
Don't ask why I sigh
You can't save me
Nobody can, and no, I aint CRAZY
I know where I stand
I just don't know mySELF lately
It's like KABLAM, Oh man, sometimes I just hate me
I know I love my music
cause it craves me
I skim through it
Til my eyes are all hazy
Days go by
Before I let more escape me
THEN KABLAM, oh man, do I hate me
I write in rhymes
Cause my mind-- It just makes me
Ya see, I'm just fine if I write
Before this crap breaks me
THEN KABLAM, oh man, do I hate me
I'm on fire inside,
And I describe it point blankly
On a silent night
I'm where ever this life takes me
With a pen at my side
For any thoughts that await me
THEN KABLAM, oh man, do I hate me
I can't stand how much I irritate me
I don't know why I'm pulling my hair lately
(scribble, scribble) THERE
Now I've set the script straight, see
Today I just don't know what to say
So, KABLAM, oh man, do I hate me
