A glisten is gone
It all seems strange
Has it been this long?
I pray it will forever show
That love prevails
When the moment slows
I've not gone so far
I feel the fear you wear
As the darkness creeps along
I wonder where you are
And tear for where we both belong
Love has no restriction
No boundries, no limits, no rules
Love has no prediction
My love, from me to you
Please don't give in to addiction
You can live with so much more
Drugs will only cause affliction
Needed not by a life of yours
I wish I would have listened
You tried so many ways to voice
My mistake, my love, my sister
Please forgive me once more, Joyce
Let love prevail, from far away
As if I've never left at all
Let's pave our own roadway
Let me catch you when you fall
As we did so at a younger age
Let love shine through the day
Love is why I've choosen

Hate Conquers All
Just kidding. Love conquers all. Nice poem Shanster. I can truly say I know how it feels when there's a void between you and someone that's close to you. Something's missing. And it's that one thing that's decreasing the socializing and in a sense, the rendezvous that you use to have. So, where is the love? Has anyone seen it?

I hope things work out for the better for you and Jojo...so that addiction won't eternally break your bond.
