Silent Angel

Theres a little girl
Named Jessica
Lives with her mom
Because her parents split up
Never knew her dad
A moms she's always had
But something's starting to hurt
Poor little Jessica its only getting worse
Silent Angel
Looks at the stars
Folds her little hands
Bows her little head
And prays really hard
Silent Angel
There's nothing she can do
She can feel it in her heart
She can feel it in her soul
Her time is coming soon
Silent Angel
She goes to school
Doesn't speak at all
She does her best to cover
Every bruise and every cut
Friends start to wonder
Is little Jessica in danger
She says don't worry bout it you
I'll see ya tomorrow at school
Silent Angel
Looks at the stars
Folds her little hands
Bows her little hands
And prays really hard
Silent Angel
There's nothing she can do
She can feel it in her heart
She can feel it in her soul
Her time is coming soon
Silent Angel
Jessica comes home to see
Her mothers done a little more drinking
She runs to her room
And locks the door
But her mother breaks through
And threw little Jessica on the floor
It only took a couple of swings
Before her mother realized
That Jessica was no more
It was Jessica's time
Silent Angel
Is in the stars
She looks down to her mama
And prays really hard
Silent Angel
Shes done all she can do
She felt it in her heart and soul
That her time has come to
Silent Angel
Silent Angel
Silent Angel
