if I just can't go on.
Please my family forgive me
for all the wrong i've done.

Remember the good in me
the way I made you smile.
Please remember those times
I walked with you that extra mile.

Don't remember the mess ups
my failures or my flaws.
But remember those times
when I would write or call.

Reminisce on the laughter
all the joy that we shared.
Don't reminisce with tears
because I am not there.

Remember the yesteryear's
with happiness and glee.
Please remember the good
that was deep inside of me.

profound, this is a very potent poem Tammy and an excellent write. Remember to rejoice when things seem so very dark, because it means that the dawn shall come again and shine so much the brighter:-)
