Alone Tonight She Waits

Staring off in space,
alone tonight she waits.
Waits for that call that never comes.
From that man, she sees with in her dreams.

The one who's voice is deep and calm.
who's arms hold her just right.
For his kisses to caress her neck and lips.
his touch soothing away her fears, calming her tears.

Alone tonight she waits,
another night goes by,
tears stain her face.
She thinks why lord am I here?
She waits for an answer, but silence fills the room.

Alone to tonight she waits,
another night goes by
Another day in the darkness
Lonesome she cries weary is her heart

She waits for an answer, but silence fills the room.
Deafness is all around encompassing her soul
She takes those pills drinks them down with a cup of wine.
Sits just waiting, waiting for death to find her.

Not only does it find her it leaves her alone
Bitter Sweet like her wine Nothing flows
For her body will not go
