Summer Clouds
28 June, 2007
Author: Pondering Red
Summer makes her grand entrance
with a majestic show of clouds -
ever changing -
ever majestic -
billowing - swimming -
thoughout the day.
Cool breezes run through the city.
In my little quadrant
of cement blocks of streets,
the clouds entertain me.
Lying down,
in my little grassy sanctuary,
i see different angles
of the vastness of sky.
I observe people
always looking downwards
at shoes and pavement and
fashions and advertising,
missing the show.
My small space becomes
a huge milky way of
ever changing flowing morphing
clouds -
and
i can see grandfather smiling !!!!
