Compassion is a wonderful thing
That happiness can bring
It's from your family and friends
Which allow you to know
That love never ends

Whether you're feeling down
And realizing you're always wearing a frown
People close to you will be there
For they are the ones who care

The people in your family
Make you realize what you should see
All the good things that make you proud
Which will give you confidence to say it aloud

AS for your friends
We cannot forget
Making you feel good
Since the day your met

Compassion is everywhere
Its what we are able to share
You won't feel the need to hide
For it'll make you feel good inside
