Selfish Love
6 July, 2007
Author: Miztrebor
It’s been a hard day
Worn weary from the tasks laid down
Even more so from the sleepless night gone by
I long for that woman
Out on the tip of the shore
The woman who i Love
Missing her ever the more
Why do seconds tick now so slowly
In a few more hours
I could be holding her
As well as kissing the nights alone goodbye
But family calls me here
The ones who should have my Love but don’t
It is that Love i selfishly give to her
The woman who causes more dread
For the days that pass without her
