Moonlight Upon The Shore
7 August, 2007
Author: Hope
When a sunset bids adieu
Upon the ocean blue
Tender moments shared
Togetherness we value
The silver moon appeared
Stars brought a glow
In the stillness of the night
Hours seemed to slow
Shimmering ocean flowing
As palms gentle sway
Our nights upon the shore
We each longed to stay
We lay beneath palm trees
Stars glowing above
Magical moonlight shone
Whilst embraced in love
