Blowing Hair
10 August, 2007
Author: Pondering Red
Her hair blows wildly.
Relentless winds,
speak of a troubled world,
of troubled times.
Her hair covers her face and eyes,
at times.
She keeps walking,
enjoying the feel
of the wild freedom
of the winds.....
Are there messages blowing
frantically in these breezes ?
Probably -
She smells the faint scent
of autumn approaching.
Autumn still hides far far away,
yet, always gives its' notice
of entry earlier -
to prepare us for its' grand entrance
of crimson beauty.
Her red hair sways and swirls.
She enjoys this summertime day in july.
She senses the messages of nature
in the blowing winds.
She smiles.
