Trapped in a corner I shall not be
I’ll walk out that door
I shall be free
Bound to this desk
By a ball and chain
So much effort, far too little gain
One day soon I’ll be strong enough
I simply won’t take anymore of your “guff”
I’ll write that letter of resignation
And take off to a brand new destination
To a place where I will be held in esteem
Yes, one day soon I’ll realize my dreams
I’ll not look back with regret or sorrow
Off, I’ll be enjoying a brighter tomorrow
I’m grateful, sir for your cruel and callous ways
For the smugness in your voice and the harsh words you say
Unwittingly, you’ve planted a seed
This piss poor paycheck I will no longer need
From this day forward I’ll cast aside all fear
It’ll be a cold day in hell, before you reduce me to tears
I’ve crossed off day one of two-hundred and fifty-nine
Just nine more months and it will be time
I’ll smile broadly as I brusquely say
Good-bye, Good-Riddens
I RESIGN as of TODAY!!!

Sorry for the "language", hope it doesn't offend anyone. Not a good day at work. This was my way of letting off steam. God willing, I will graduate in May and this fantasy here will come true :)
