Everlasting Pain
3 September, 2007
Author: Miztrebor
I can’t look into your eyes
Only a smile comes to my face
But a feeling of failure wins the race
Nothing good can overcome
The feeling that i could have won
Be it i thought less
And could only express
My thoughts i bottled up
And pour into a big cup
Which i drank all my pain
Down and out my brain
Nothing now is felt
That could ever go away
I wish things could be fixed
But it’s not broken
Just torn apart
Can you have felt the way i did?
Or did you act like a kid
Taking what’s handed to you
And never giving back
It’s not like it’s the first time
It has happened before
Maybe you didn’t know you could
But you always come to when it is too late
You can never be fine
If you still remember your first date
The kiss, the first look
Into those powerful orbs
Her eyes could mesmerize
Even the most strong willed in the world
Lost in beauty
Lost in thought
How did you ever
Not tell her how you feel
Never an a man be so stupid
As to give up his chance
To be with a woman so great as her
You don’t deserve the thoughts in your mind
So go torture yourself
Look into her eyes
One last time
Before you go blind
With the rage of a man
With nothing in his life
