What Is So Beautiful About You?
3 September, 2007
Author: Ing Twi Demalah
The way your hair lays across your face
Its’ soft satin feel when I run my fingers through it
Or how the sun plays upon its’ dark strands
The way the light dances in your eyes
As tiny flames which illuminates the night
Like the shine of so many stars
Your smile both caring and teasing
And yet, your smile says “I love you”
Though your lips form not the words.
The way you laugh so freely
One cannot help but to laugh with you
So caring and loving
Yet so fearful of love
A lioness you are outwardly
Inward, more fragile than butterfly wings
What is so beautiful about you?
Everything!!
