This heart breaks,
in silence it quakes.
Sorry tears stream to meet,
each fraction that lays by my feet.

Soul hits the floor,
as I feel her close the door.
When did I lose my key,
why can't she hear me?

Met by silence,
as I climb her every defence.
Stumbling but still I try,
reaching out but she doesn't meet my eye.

I fall again,
trying to shield your pain.
But I fail,
as heartache hits me like hail.

Shutting me out,
do I scream and shout?
I try but words fail me,
oh my darling what am I to be?

Now that you,
halved us two?
I wish that you would look my way,
that I could find the courage within me THESE WORDS TO SAY?!?!
