Another Night With Death
7 October, 2007
Author: Miztrebor
I see you, when you’re near me
I feel you, do you feel me?
You’re coming up behind me
How long can i take this?
When will my paranoia abstain?
So scared of what i’ll do
If i see her here with you
Do you come by anymore?
You don’t call my name
But still i feel you
You motion everywhere
I can still make out you scent
It still lingers in the air
I’m closing my doors now
As i do every night
Last call for beer and alcohol
Is there anyone else here?
I can see a desperate shadow
Standing in the corner
The silhouette of a woman
With a man standing near
That man, she can not see
Only i can make out the figure
I have seen him before
He comes here every night
Now he has a new victim
Should i save you?
I know i can
I’ve beaten Death before
But then he’ll just wait around for me
Is she worth it?
Is it worth the pain?
Yes it is, you know it
Go save the girl
Don’t look back
He’s heard your decision
Just step off the cliff
Twist yourself around
On the way down
Absorb the fall, and run
Once the adrenaline has kicked in
You know that you have won
He can’t beat the rush
Because you feel that you’re still alive
Are you?
Or did you die too long ago to know?
