Autumn Storm
21 October, 2007
Author: Miztrebor
Autumn leaves turn golden,
In their journey through the air.
Amber, turns the sky, above
As an awaited storm approaches.
I feel at home, in your embrace,
As our lips ignite torches.
The rains shower down
With a cooling touch, a chill:
I'll hold you ever closer.
We’ll feel nothing of the rains
We'll know nothing of the storm;
The lightening and thunder.
We'll only know of each other
Dancing under the midnight autumn skies.
We'll see the stars,
We'll see the Milky Way,
We'll see the galaxies we can only imagine.
Through the cloudy skies
We both together shine.
