My Pajama Time
28 November, 2007
Author: Willahh
Just before bed
when the time is right
I jump into my p.j.s
after I have come indoors
for the night
Charcoal grey tight
trimmed in purple
netting I am
caught up in the
twinkles in the sky
and I do not know
what I should be wishing
if I am to see
the first star of the night
to fall down in front of me!
I forget the feeling
light will be bringing
I remember who
and I remember why
I know the song
the whipperwill will be
singing
as I am
drifting down
the dream stream . . .
