Lets Take A Trip
14 March, 2008
Author: Cody Christopher
Have you ever took a trip
thru the mind,
Feel a little blind
Everything is so kind
The air is unusually fresh
The grass beneath my toes
is smooth as silk
The woods is safe
and the world is my friend
Objects appear to me
that no one else can see
My throat tingles
as my body flows with pleasure
Nothing makes sense
But seems so right
Love my neighbor
and kiss your baby
Lets smell this flower
then take a shower
If every one would take the time
and expand there mind
The world might find
the peace vine
and swing hand in hand
through this beautiful land
------- Author's Notes -------
I wrote this poem cause im a 22 year old hippy and I love to experiment with mind expanding items. This is how I feel when im taking a trip on Shrooms, Acid Peyote etc. I love life and feel this way all the time not just while tripping. Peace |

barb (67.58.197.169) -- Sunday, September 28 2008, 03:51 am To bad that you have to take something to really enjoy life. Your writing is good but the subject sounds like you are condoning artificial ways to get through life. Not My Idea of living |
