The End
8 April, 2008
Author: LinzAy
The pages turn too slowly
And each word speaks itself so loudly
...This hurts, you know...
Can't I end this chapter
Return myself to the happiness, the laughter
...I guess pain makes time move slow
Everything paints such a vivid picture
A love that ignited then faded to a flicker
...And from a flicker to nothing
A tear falls for every page
Thing will, never again, be the same
...If only you still felt something
Stories dance in the candlelight
Casting shadows over what was once so right
...How did everything vanish so fast
Love was in every word, every line
The world perfect-for a moment-all the stars alligned
...I suppose it wasn't meant to last
I'm painfully waiting for "The End", now
My broken heart should mend, somehow
...It's hard because it's all because of me
"The End" should come soon, now, right
My broken heart should give up the fight
...Once I accept that I'll never be what you use to see
