The Same

What if I can't stop loving you
What happens then, what happens then?
What if I continue to dream of you
Who will I be then, Who will I be then?

Things ended as they shouldn't have
Remaining the same
Foolishly giving up all I ever had
Will I ever be the same?

And what if my heart keeps it's beat for you
Will I ever dance, How could I dance then?
What if my tears fall in rythym all at once
Would I fall apart then, Would I fall apart then?

Beauty was left so far behind
Leaving nothing the same
Dreaming won't suffice this time
I'll never be the same

...Because I love you
I love you
It's the only beauty I've ever known
...Loving you

Thank you for the read and lovely comment! I did write it as I hummed it, so there is a heart of a song somewhere there. Love is, indeed, a very powerful pain. Glad you enjoyed it. :)
