If I Could I Would
2 June, 2008
Author: LinzAy
I'd whisper in your ear one more time if I could
That I love you more than another woman ever could
You'd hear words of forever and good times that have past
If I could whisper in your ear, one more time, just this last
I'd press my lips against yours one more time if I could
And I'd cherish every second as I have, as I should
You'd feel passions rush at the right time in the right place
If my lips could be yours hand in hand, face to face
I'd run my hands along your arms, up our shirt, if I may
If one more time you would hold me as if everything were okay
You'd feel an embrace that would envelope you
If I could hear one more time 'I love you, too'
