I have experienced this. Only two times in my life have I let my mood affect my health. Recently and a while ago when I was in VA. I get sad and don't eat. Go from sizes 5/6 to 1/2. So, when people say to me..."You gained weight!" I take it as a compliment bc I know they're proud of me for takng care of myself.

oh and LinZay 5/6 is good 78 is better thou as long as you stay around 5-8 its good hang in there.
