Stop thinking of how you used to be.
With age and illness things change.

Accept what is meant to be.
Adapt to the new you.

CHANGE CAN BE GOOD
If we don't fight it.

So we are slower,
Our mind gets mixed up,
But if we allow for those changes,
like start earlier getting ready,
knowing that we are slower.

Writing down things that need to be done,
not letting our mind get us down.

Do these things, frustration and stress will be gone.

peekin' into the windows of past with Grace-

you are soooo right my sweet friend, we need to adopt a new attitude by adaptin' and acceptin' by embracin' the new frame/skin that we are in, we can give room to reveal the true epiphanies of where we came from been and are goin' despite , the cycle of growth and maturity, or changes in physical and mental self, a healthy attitude keeps us well... a big booster that eliminate self critical thoughts... your shared thoughts are like great over looked recipes of Livin' well...these are moments that ones body says slow down no need to rush...no more cram sessions--enjoy! the unforgotten moment in calm state , reminisce, live and mature with grace...Barb, you are an inspirin' Gal-keep sharin' with us..
