My God

You are my legs
That keeps me tall.
You are my strength
That guides me through life.
You are my courage
That keeps me going.
You are the light
That comforts me,
When I am alone.
You stand by my side
Giving me hope
That no matter what I do,
I do it all for you, my God.
You are my tower
My ocean
My heart’s protector-
No one knows me better
Or loves me as much
My glorious God,
For you, I live
For you, I learn
For you, I grow-
I suffer without pain
Knowing that you’ll always be there
And love me regardless.
