Of Colors
18 May, 2002

Red rivers, red tributaries
Black nights, black road
Rifles do,
The sentries load
Tremulous hands soothe petrified souls
Where are we heading to ?
Red sashes, white stars
White garments, red pyres
Victims ambushed,
Electrocuted wires
Fighting sons leave panicking kin
Where are we heading to?
Camouflaged beetles, green ants
Red sky, brown vales
Oh! Humanity,
Where does it dwell?
Intimidated eyes see annihilated dreams
Where are we heading to?
