Just For You
24 July, 2008
Author: Willahh
I wanted more for you
than you wanted for you
I would have lassoed
a rainbow
out of the sky
so powdery blue
just so I could
give it to you
but you said
you did not
want me to
This only encouraged me
to be
More determined
to show you
how deeply
I felt for you
The wrangled stars
waited while
the love moon was rising
All the angels were dancing
in the clouds
on the silvery horizon
I decided to dive
into the beautifully painted
lilac sunset
One of which I will never forget
I was moved
I captured
The first star of the evening
in my butterfly net
Just for you
I thought you knew
